Checks if a suite name belongs to the given module

bool isInModule(
  string suiteName,
  string moduleName
);

Example

isInModule returns true for the suite "a.b.Algorithm" in the module "a.b" 

isInModule("a.b.Algorithm", "a.b").should.equal(true);

isInModule returns false for the suite "a.bc.Algorithm" in the module "a.b"
